Making Payment

(Internet Banking/ATM Transfer)

3A) After we have received your order, we will be sending you a confirmation of order via an email. Please reply to the email within 48 hours (Base on Singapore time, GMT +0800).

3B) Payment must be made within 96 hours (4- Days) grace otherwise this transaction is considered null and void.

3C) If you are placing an order through online PayPal (Master card/ Visa), we will send u a code. After which, you need to follow the guidance from PayPal and please fill in your RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS carefully.

Receiving Your Item

We will send out the item through Singapore Post, Registered mail (About S$3, depends on weight), DHL or otherwise stated upon request on the same day if we received your payment before 12pm on Business day.

If you are using Internet Bank Transfer, the item will only be sent after received your payment within 3 Business days.

If you are Pre-Order an item, you need to wait for the time period which stated over the Blog entry before it could arrive. For an Pre-Order item which is been cancelled either the supplier or Blog Shop owner, please refer to Refund Policy.

You should be receiving your item within 3-7 working days unless stated. It will be managed by Singapore Post or DHL.

Overseas Buyers

Overseas buyers are welcome. All payment will be in Singapore currency (S$) handled by PayPal.

DHL would be party to dispatch items to the Overseas buyers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before making any payment through Shopping Fantasy.

The Terms

I, You, Your, Yours are hereinafter called the buyer(s) or Purchaser(s). We, Our, Us are hereinafter called the seller know as 
"Shopping Fantasy".

T&C refer to Terms & Conditions.
IB refers to Internet Banking.

All payment will only be in Singapore currency (S$, SGD).

The color of the Goods may differs from the picture due to the resolution.

Reservation of Item(s)

You are allowed to reserve an item or items for 3 days by sending us an email unless special request from you to inform us to extend the reservation period. On expiration of the reservation period, we reserve the rights to sell it to any buyer(s) without informing you.

Neither our agents nor we will be hold responsible for any compensation to you for any items you have reserved not collected within the reservation period.

Cancellation of Order

Please note that there is strictly NO cancellation of orders or refunding of money once the payment has been made.

The Charges

The charges of the postage base on Singapore Post, Registered Mail and DHL rates are to be borne by buyer.

From the Supplier

If the supplier gives the wrong item, we are not responsible.

The item pricing will base on supplier country and will be convert to Singapore dollar if necessary.

Internet Banking Transfer

Buyer(s) who use Internet Banking please take note that after you had transferred the money, please drop us an email stating your bank's name, bank's account, your nickname (IB) and transaction code clearly so that we can deliver the item to you as soon as possible when we receive your amount within 3 Banking day.

Receiving Your Item

We are not liable for loss of item or Goods should buyer(s) choose to use normal mail. Registered mail is strongly encouraged.

Buyer(s) who made purchases through Internet Banking, your item will only be sent after we have received your money within 3 Banking days.

Refund Policy

There will be strictly No refunding of money, No exchangeable or returnable of product(s) herein stated.

There will be refund if the Goods are out of stock or the Goods are cancel by the supplier(s).

There will be refund from the Blog Shop owner, if Pre-Order Goods is poor respond within certain time of period that are given.

Promotion/Contest

When there is a promotion or contest organise by the Blog Shop Owner or Supplier, customer are agree the terms and conditions which stated by any organisers.

Customer should know that the Promotion is for limited time period which stated in the Blog entry.

Customer should know that the contest will have one winner otherwise stated by the organiser. Customer are not going to blame any of the organiser if their particulars is written wrongly or in void.

The Agreement

If you do not agree in the above Terms & Conditions, please do not make any purchase from Shopping Fantasy as to avoid any dispute between the seller and buyer.

Shopping Fantasy reserves the right to review the current T&C and to amend the terms without the prior notice.
